METAL BENDING ASSOCIATE JOB DUTIES:
This position will be bending sheet metal into desired layouts using a brake press machine and other tools. Would need to train Monday – Friday from 12 pm – 8 pm until you a properly prepared to move to regular shift.

METAL BENDING ASSOCIATE JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Reads job specifications to determine machine adjustments and material requirements.
• Sets guides to specified length as indicated
• Positions work piece against guides or aligns
• Pushes button or depresses pedal to activate machine
• Observes machine operation to detect workpiece defects or machine malfunction.
• Measures workpiece dimensions to determine accuracy of machine operation.
• Follow supervisors' instructions as to which parts to restore or replace and how much time the job should take.
• Basic math skills
• Knowledge of hand tools
• Ability to read and understand tape measure
• Basic reading skills
• Basic understanding of machine operations
• Standing for long periods of time
• Ability to lift 50lbs unassisted
• Some overhead lifting
• Stooping, bending, stretching and twisting for long periods of time.
• Must be capable of performing repetitive work and motion.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to wear hearing protection.
• Must speak English

METAL BENDING ASSOCIATE SHIFT:

• Swing Shift: Monday to Friday | 3:00PM to 11:00PM| Mandatory OT

METAL BENDING ASSOCIATE WAGE: $16.00/hr
