Be a mentor! Mentoring is a fun, fulfilling, challenging and rewarding career. We are seeking people that are honest, dependable and caring, to be mentors for adults with learning challenges; you can help them enjoy their lives so that they can live on their own and participate in community activities. We welcome applicants with or without experience in the field. You will be provided with training and supports to help you succeed. Creative scheduling is available to work around your needs. Part time and full-time positions are available.

Work with Mr. B in Pawcauck and provide supports to him within his apartment. Mr. B is seeking a mentor4-5 days a week, he is flexible with hours but they typically occur in the evening hours. He is an outgoing and upbeat young man looking to increase his independence and learn more skills within his daily life to sustain living on his own. He is eager to learn and takes great pride when accomplishing tasks!!

Applicants must hold a valid driver’s license for a minimum of 3 years with no major violations in the last 10 years, motor vehicle insurance with a minimum liability limit of $100,000 Combined Single Limit or $100,000/$300,000 spilt limits, and a high school diploma or equivalent.
