We thrive because of our shared values of humor, compassion, teamwork, and the desire to make a difference in the greater-good. We work together as teammates, colleagues, and friends to support each other in and outside of the work environment. We care about our community.

One of the things that makes us unique is our group culture. Doing good work means taking care of ourselves and work is intended to fit into each of our best lives, instead of taking over our lives! We care about our clients, we care about each other, and we care about our own well-being and the culture of our practice. If you come to Drishti, whether as an employee or a client, you will find a warm, welcoming atmosphere where the message of positive change and respect for others prevails. If you are looking to do good work, to work with others in a collaborative approach, but to have autonomy with your schedule, caseload, and work-life balance, this may be a good fit for you.
