This new addition to the Crestwood Family will be a 16-bed campus situated in the beautiful and historic city of SLO. We are seeking Service Coordinators who:

  • Have a natural enthusiasm for the work we do
  • Hold the belief and compassion for recovery
  • Honors the preservation of each client's self-respect and dignity
  • Has a Bachelor's in Psychology, Social Work, or related field (preferred)
  • 2 years' experience in adult mental health - PHF experience preferred

As a member of the Program Staff, you will:

  • Manage the treatment and care coordination for an assigned caseload
  • Collaborate with family, county, and community partners
  • Promote recovery, empowerment, and independence
  • Work with a multi-disciplinary team
  • Support clients in their recovery journey and meeting their goals

The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity.

Pay Range:

$23—$25 USD
