Located on the waterfront, Eastport association management firm seeks an energetic, proactive, and organized self-starter who enjoys a variety of tasks, and is interested in constantly learning new skills for the position of Membership Manager in a busy 2 person hybrid remote office. Responsibilities include interfacing with members via telephone and email, responding to information requests, updating the website and social media presence, daily data entry, developing and implementing marketing plans and communicating with the Maritime Director and President to plan the activities of the Maritime Consortium.
Qualifications
· Proven ability to work on a team
· Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple projects and tasks
· Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
· Strong attention to detail and organizational proficiency
· Ability to learn and adapt to new technology solutions
· Strong knowledge of word processing programs, Google Office Suite
· Experience preferred with Customer relationship management (CRM) or Relational database software.
