The medication reconciliation pharmacy technician is responsible for accurately performing medication histories upon admission, medical history entry into electronic database, and all basic pharmacy technician functions in a timely manner.
Job Opening Qualifications
Education:
- High school diploma/GED
Licensure/Certification/Registration:
- Valid state Registered Pharmacy Technician license (in good standing)
- National Pharmacy Technician certification (CFHT) within 12 months of hire
- Medication History Certificate (PTCB) within 12 months of hire
Special Skills/Qualifications/Additional Training/Experience Required:
- Must be able to read, write in, speak and understand English.
