Medical Records Associate

Day in the Life
as a
Medical Records Associate:
- Responsible for the collection, filing, and storage of medical records
- File all residents medical records and information
- Complete clerical duties including answering phones, responding to emails, and processing patient admission and discharge records
- Help with departmental audits and investigations
- Perform other miscellaneous office/clerical duties as needed

Requirements:
- Proof of Covid-19 Vaccination or exemption
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role preferred
- Understanding of medical terminology and administration processes
- Proficient in information management programs and MS Office
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
