Currently seeking skilled and driven Medical Records Associate to welcome our ever-growing team!
Our mission is to foster a positive team environment, promoting collaboration, and continue to grow our reputation for being the preferred source for skilled nursing/long term care within the communities we serve.

Day in the Life as a Medical Records Associate:
  • Responsible for the collection, filing, and storage of medical records
  • File all residents medical records and information
  • Complete clerical duties including answering phones, responding to emails, and processing patient admission and discharge records
  • Help with departmental audits and investigations
  • Perform other miscellaneous office/clerical duties as needed

Requirements:
  • Proof of Covid-19 Vaccination or exemption
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role preferred
  • Understanding of medical terminology and administration processes
  • Proficient in information management programs and MS Office
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
