Aspirus Woodruff Clinic is currently seeking a Medical Receptionist in Woodruff, WI. The Medical Receptionist is responsible for greeting, registering, and assisting patients in a professional manner, scheduling appointments, obtaining, and maintaining registration records and answering phone calls.
Hours: This position is Full Time; 1.0 FTE or 80 hours per pay period.
Experience/Qualifications
- Knowledge of office procedures normally acquired through completion of a High School diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- One year of business office, customer service or healthcare experience preferred.
- Computer experience and basic computer keyboarding skills required.
- Knowledge of medical terminology desirable.
