Medical Front Desk Job at Lone Star Eye Care
Lone Star Eye Care, an affiliate of Berkeley Eye Center continues to grow! As a result, we are looking for an experience medical front person who is kind, honest and has the ability to multi-task.
Ideal candidates have 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced multiple doctor office utilizing electronic medical records. Strong communication skills in person and over the phone.
Tasks include:
Patient Check-In/Check-Out
Scheduling Appointments
Verifying benefit coverage
Assisting patients to understand their insurance & our paperwork.
Answering and distributing incoming telephone calls.
Experience in a Vision Care environment is a big plus but not required.
