The Medical Driver schedules appointments, provides necessary paperwork that accompanies the student, drives the students to and from appointments and fosters communication regarding those appointments. Additionally, the driver assists with day to day activities of the Nursing Department.

Responsibilities:

  • Makes appointments for medical appointments campus wide, coordinating them to promote efficiency
  • Acts as a liaison between the Nursing Department, medical offices and residences
  • Drives students to and from appointments
  • Assists with day to day functioning of Nursing Department

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Clean NYS Drivers License
  • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain agency driving privileges

Pay starts at $16.50/hr with increases for experience and education.
