SEGULA TECHNOLOGIES is an Engineering and Design Services company with a proven ability to boost innovation and competitiveness within the major industrial sectors, including Automotive, Aerospace & Defense, Energy, Rail, Naval, Pharmaceutical, and Oil and Gas.
The position will report to the Group Manager that is responsible for Steering, Wheel-Ends (Brakes, Hubs, Wheels, Tires), and Front Axle Assemblies (Beams, Knuckles, King Pins). This Vehicle Engineering Group is responsible for new product development, product modifications, and current product maintenance. The position will be heavily focused on providing DESIGNER type support to the Group.
Responsibilities
- packaging work.
- hydraulic piping.
- component design and solid modeling.
- generating and releasing design documentation (CAD Modules, drawings, Engineering Change Notices, etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical (or Mechatronics) Engineering, or equivalent.
- Prefer a candidate with engineering experience at Volvo (someone with knowledge of the Volvo systems/ processes).
- Prefer 4 years of relevant work experience.
- CAD: Must be a very strong PTC Creo user.
