We are currently looking for an experienced meat cutter.
- Sharpen and adjust cutting equipment
- Receive, inspect, and store meat upon delivery
- Cut, bone, or grind pieces of meat
- Weigh, wrap, and display cuts of meat
- Cut or prepare meats to specification or customer’s orders
- Store meats in refrigerators or freezers at the required temperature
- Clean equipment and work areas to maintain health and sanitation standards established by the company and other regulatory agencies.
- This position is a part time or full time position (TBD)
Requirements of candidates:
- Must be available Sundays and holidays.
- Must have working knowledge of all phases of meat cutting.
- Must be 18+ years old
- A courteous and efficient approach to handling customer requests, questions, and complaints
- Food Safety Certified preferred
