Description:


Coordinates patients appointments with multiple domains (office vast, diagnostics, treatment, etc.) Obtains and verifies necessary demographic and insurance information while ensuring data accuracy. Maintains effective interpersonal skills dealing with others, including patients, families, employees ,and medical staff. Customer service expectations include meetings and/or exceeding departmental service (80/20 of calls answered with 20 seconds), abandoned call rate of less than 5%, individual quality assurance and productivity goals. Estimated pay range for this position is $15.00 - $18.15 / hour depending on experience.

Qualifications:


High School Diploma, Certificate of Attendance, Certificate of Completion, GED or experience required. Experience in healthcare and/or significant Customer service setting, physician practice preferred. Working knowledge of Microsoft office. Knowledge of scheduling systems (i.e. Net Access, Centricity, Pathways Healthcare scheduling, Aria, Soarian, Millennium, etc.) and medical terminology is preferred. Experience with handling high call volumes and/or high patient/customer volumes. Excellent verbal and written communication. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Must be detailed- oriented and able to multi-task in a fast paced environment. Bilingual highly preferred. Minimum Required Experience: 3
