We are a family owned and operated McDonald’s franchise, Bronson Organization, looking for an experienced, high energy, enthusiastic and results-driven General Manager. As a successful General Manager, you are expected to have a commitment to excellence and safety in the workplace, strong customer service and support focus, the ability to communicate effectively and anticipate customers needs, and to provide solutions and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.

This role is vital to the operations within the restaurant because you’ll:

· Lead the experience: Manage all aspects within the restaurant, including food production, guest service and experience, and direct crew and manager work

· Plan for success: Proactively lead and manage all People processes including but not limited to:

• Recruiting, Hiring and Onboarding
• Staffing
• Performance Management
• Train, coach and motivate

· Be in the know: Plan for and make critical business decisions around inventory, budget, and food ordering/costs

· Take action first: Ensure food safety measures are set and achieved to McDonald’s standards of excellence

· Inspire and Empower: Maintain high level of standard for guest and employee including safety

· Be results oriented: Oversee all operational needs of the restaurant, including setting and exceeding restaurant and department goals and following up on progress with Department and Shift Managers

Requirements:

• Minimum one to three years as experienced first assistance or general manager of a quick service or food service restaurant
• McDonald’s experience and Hamburger University graduate preferred
• Bilingual preferred
