Mavis Discount Tire - Payroll Specialist

Put your career into high gear with Mavis Discount Tire! We're looking for a full-time Payroll Specialist to join Team Mavis at our offices in Katonah, New York. Mavis is one of the largest independently-held tire sales and automotive repair chain in the United States.

Interested candidates must possess the following requirements:

• 1 year of' experience in ADP/Workforce and Payroll systems a PLUS; but not required
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment
• Solid Microsoft Suite skills
• High level of interpersonal skills

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Verify, research, analyze and resolve payroll inputs
• Assist with verification requests and other pay related inquiries
• Prepares and process payroll related documents
• Answer phones and assists team members as needed
• Process audits to ensure accuracy of data
• Faxing, Filing and Copying functions
• Perform other related duties as assigned
