About the Position of Retail Sales Associate

At Mavis, our Retail Sales Associates follow Mavis's proven sales processes to generate new sales leads and aid in the development of Mavis's expanding customer base. Through training and regular coaching, Sales Associates maintain Mavis's high sales standards and seize every sales opportunity. By answering inbound calls only (No Cold Calls!), Retail Sales Associates demonstrate a full understanding of Mavis's current marketing campaigns and sales offerings and communicate clearly with customers to ensure customer experience goals are met. With our revolutionary digital sales technology and software programs, Sales Representatives can track their personal success and watch their weekly commissions grow as they sell tires and services to current and potential customers.

Mavis recruits sales professionals who share our commitment to exceeding sales targets and driving the continued growth of our customer base. To be eligible for the position of Retail Sales Associate, you must:

• be at least 18 years of age;
• be legally authorized to work in the United States;
• possess 1 year of sales experience in a fast-paced, high volume inbound call center or 1 year of automotive dealership sales experience;
• be comfortable navigating computer systems and using technology as a sales tool; and,
• possess strong verbal communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits Package

As a Retail Sales Associate, your total compensation package will include both an hourly rate of pay and additional weekly commission. With competitive weekly pay, including weekly commissions, Mavis's top on-target Sales Associates earn over $60,000 per year.
