Job Description

Provides functional and administrative support within the Materials Control function as assigned.
Coordinates material requirements and delivery schedules with functional and project management;
communicates status updates and change requests as required. Reviews work schedules, inventory
levels, material requisitions and delivery status to ensure necessary supplies of material and supplies at
supported locations when needed. Requisitions material and establishes sequential delivery dates,
according to priorities and material availability. Examines material delivered to verify conformance to
specifications. Arranges transfer of materials to meet schedules. May provide guidance to less
experienced personnel as assigned. Maintains accuracy of information in computerized records, such as
material inventory, in-process reports, and status and location of materials

SUPERVISION EXERCISED:
As directed by management, may supervise employees or subcontractor personnel in accordance with
the “General Supervisory Duties and Responsibilities” addendum.
TYPICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Position may be located in a wide variety of environments, from conventional indoor office workspace to
project worksites with harsh, working and living conditions.
To ensure compliance with safety, health and security requirements in the contract, employee will
possess the ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language at the intermediate level as
necessary to perform assigned job functions.
Position requires the basic skills and physical ability necessary to perform assigned job functions.

Basic Job Requirements

TYPICAL EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma / GED equivalent, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, and
five (5) years to eight (8) years related experience. Requires computer skills and proficiency using email,
Microsoft Office or specialized applications as necessary to perform assigned job functions.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior Military and/or Contingency Operations experience.
