We have an excellent opportunity for a Materials Administrator in our Troy, Ohio facility.
In this position, the successful candidate will perform the following job responsibilities:
In this position, the successful candidate will perform the following job responsibilities:
- Enters inventory & receipts into system and maintains accurate records.
- Works with Accounts Payable to resolve issues of invoices on hold due to receipt issues.
- Assists Inventory Control Manager in maintaining inventories of raw material according to company and customer standards. Able to perform cycle counts, transfers and set-up trailer locators.
- Compares audit information with inventory computer system and adjusts variances as required.
- Schedules incoming freight.
- Maintains all computerized reports.
- Follows all company established safety and housekeeping policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- High School diploma required.
- Minimum 2 years experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Must be able to express ideas clearly both in written and oral communications.
- Ability to plan and organize assignments.
- Strong computer skills.
- 2nd shift.
