We are currently looking for Material Handlers for our Menominee facility. This position is our entry level position, and is utilized to fill vacancies as needed on various shifts. This is a permanent full time position. Training is available for this position; however, previous experience with operation of forklifts is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the safe and accurate unloading, warehousing and feeding of raw materials.
• Accountable for the proper identification of wastepaper grades
• Properly feed materials to be used in the daily blend, to meet quality requirements.
• Warehouse raw material according to “grade” in designated areas.
• Know how to operate and maintain all related equipment.
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

Shifts are twelve (12) hours and allow for work/life balance with seven (7) days off in a row each month, with fourteen (14) working days per month.

This is a permanent full-time position with a probationary starting salary of $19.00/hour, increasing to $20.00/hour after probationary period.

We offer extreme flexibility, including being able to take time off in hourly increments, and time off in the first year!
