Master Planning/Scheduling subject matter expert

• Proposal Schedule development and/or BOE ( Basis of Estimate) experience.
• Position interacts across a variety of program functional organizations.
• Must have experience with an Enterprise Scheduling Tool: MS Project, Primavera (P6), Deltek Open Plan.
• Open Plan experience preferred.(EVM)
• Defense / Aerospace preferred
• Active secret preferred (or ability to obtain)
• BS Degree / MS Degree preferred

Job Duties:

• This position provides planning/scheduling support to meet multiple immediate requirements across lines of business.
• Candidate will assist in the development and maintenance of components of the Program Integrated Master Schedule, heavy emphasis on proposal schedule development; review/support Statement of Work and Basis of Estimate development.
• Advises the Program Management team when and if a contractual impact is expected or when critical events have happened, including factors which may impact delivery or cost.
• Ensure Communication and Cross-coordination with IPTs.
• Candidate will have experience utilizing Critical Path Methodology and how to apply it in schedule network development and analysis.
• Candidate will develop/refine knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Position interacts across a variety of program functional organizations such as engineering, procurement, contracts, business management and production.
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to work in a team environment.
• Possess ability to prepare status reports, metrics and make presentations as required.
• Must be self-starter and have demonstrated Program Planning and Scheduling hands on experience.
• Additional responsibilities will be assigned as required.
