As the Master Electrician and Electrical Trade Qualifier for the company's electrical contractor license, you will oversee our electrical work operations in Minnesota and promote work qualify and job safety and ensure compliance with applicable laws. This position requires the ability to communicate well with electricians, installers, support representatives, homeowners, and building and utility inspectors and permitting/licensing officials.

Responsibilities:

• Direct, supervise, and/or perform the company's electrical work for rooftop solar installations.
• Ensure electrical work is performed in a safe, good workmanlike manner and in compliance with applicable laws and rules.
• Supervise, train, mentor, support, and assist team members in the performance of rooftop solar installations.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot solar system components to resolve electrical issues.
• Meet with inspection officials, as needed, for the commissioning of solar systems.

Qualifications:

• Must have a Minnesota master electrician license in good standing.
• Must be willing to qualify Blue Raven Solar's electrical contractor license and no other contractor.
• Must be a current resident of MN.
• Must have working knowledge of current NEC codes.
• Must have working knowledge of replacing and maintaining residential electrical services panels.
• Must be able to read and interpret single line drawings.
• Must be comfortable working from ladders and at heights.
• Must have Minnesota driving privileges in good standing.
• Solar installation experience is preferred but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
