Master Data Specialist Job at Akoustis Technologies
Position Summary :
This position will support Global Operations by monitoring, analyzing, and entering master data within Microsoft D365. The Master Data Specialist ensures master data integrity as well as maintaining the processes to support the data quality.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Manage and maintain master data ( including creation, changes, and deletions) according to standard procedures and business rules.
- Understand system data integrity requirements to ensure proper data set-up of items, bills of materials, and routings.
- Ensure requests for master data maintenance are properly authorized and approved.
- Work across teams to investigate data-related issues, seeking to provide timely and productive support and solutions.
- Assist with documentation of policies and procedures related to Master Data Management.
- Primary contact for all master file data, data quality, and development.
- Understand data migration requirements.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
- Minimum Associates Degree in related business or IT related field
- 4+ years of related work experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics D365
- Experience with MRP software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical and detail-orientated aptitude; high degree of accuracy is required
- Excellent time management, planning and organization.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
