has immediate full-time openings for Massage Therapists at our Bonney Lake clinic.


Olympic Sports & Spine is a multi-site, private practice dedicated to clinical excellence; we specialize in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Massage Therapy.

We know that your industry was hit hard by Covid, and many Massage Therapists let their licenses expire. Therefore, we want to give you a little encouragement to renew. If your license expired in 2020 or thereon, we will provide you with the credential reactivation packet and pay for your renewal, in addition, to a $3,000 Sign-On Bonus.

Guaranteed, Consistent Income

The Olympic Sports & Spine model is a bit different. We guarantee 40 hours of pay each week, regardless of how many patients you see. Yes, all Massage Therapists are paid for downtime. So, you can be assured of a dependable, predictable income.

The typical schedule is Monday - Friday from 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM; however, we can accommodate a 7:20 AM - 4:20 PM if an early start is preferred.

Sign On Bonus!

We are currently offering a $3,000 Sign-On Bonus for all Massage Therapists. $1,500 is paid on the first payroll and the remaining $1,500 after one year of employment. In addition, up to $3,900 per year in productivity bonuses.

Guaranteed Limits on Daily Work

Massage Therapists are limited to no more than a maximum of 6 patients per eight-hour day. Regardless of patient volume, in the interest of employee health, Olympic Sports & Spine is committed to limiting the job's physical demands on the therapist.

At OSS, our massage therapists are responsible for offering therapeutic massage therapy to OSS patients. OSS requires that massage therapists provide treatment using conventional techniques such as Swedish, Sports, and Deep Tissue Massage.

All Equipment & Supplies Are Included

Olympic Sports & Spine provides all employees with the equipment and supplies needed to do the job. That includes tables, linens, lotions/oils/creams, therapy tools, etc.

Education

Must possess a graduation certificate from an accredited school of Massage Therapy.
