The Role

The person in this role designs and creates research insights across workplace customers with a focus on diverse communities. The position will provide opportunities to work with a team of passionate researchers across a broad set of internal partners.

The Expertise You Have

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 10 years of business experience (or business plus academic research experience) with a focus on customer research and insights
• Experience working with internal partners, external partners, and external research vendors
• Direct customer research experience required

• Adept at connecting across customer sentiment insights and behaviors
• Influential among internal partners and external clients with your insights
• Deliver objective and impartial insights
• Demonstrated ability to use the research insights to create a holistic story
• Experience working independently across a broad insights team and partners

• A curious individual with a passion for crafting outstanding customer insights

• Scanning the market for external research to inform internal opportunities
• Using the workplace participant segmentation to inform insights and efforts
• Strategizing with partners on putting insights into action
