Job Description


Postal is looking for a talented, detail-oriented, and creative marketing professional to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a nimble, fast-paced startup, with the ability to make a significant impact. As a Marketing Designer, you will play a key role in brand design, web design, content creation, print design, and related marketing and promotional projects. An ideal candidate will be self-motivated, decisive, and driven by excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead design direction for all visual assets company-wide
  • Work closely with other marketing and cross-functional team members to produce interesting and unique visual assets to accompany content and campaigns
  • Maintain guidelines for how logos and other branding materials should be displayed and used
  • Address feedback to refine concepts and communicate the rationale behind design choices
  • Own design strategy and production responsibilities on projects from beginning design concepts to finalizing end product
  • Proactively ensure that all current and future creative is cohesive and consistent with the company’s brand direction
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, wide-ranging across mediums like the offline, print, and digital

Qualifications
  • 4-year degree in a relevant field preferred
  • 2-5 years experience preferably in B2B SaaS.
  • A compelling portfolio with projects showcasing skills that are relevant to your business’s visual content goals
  • Mastery of industry-standard software including Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, and Google slides
  • Flexible and adaptive to change in a highly dynamic work environment
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication, presentation, and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A design mind with strategic intent
  • Understanding of visual design principles

Starting salary/wage for this opportunity:

$90,000.00 - $100,000.00
