Nao Medical is seeking a talented Marketing Coordinator to join our team at an exciting stage of our growth. You will be involved in supporting our brand growth and expansion, and coordinating and facilitating a range of brand projects that are focused on achieving our team’s objectives in the short and long term. You will work closely with the Director of Brand, Brand Manager and other members of the Brand & Marketing teams.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Support the work of the marketing team on the ground in the NY metro area
  • Help support and coordinate initiatives including marketing events and brand partnerships
  • Coordinate cross-project activities
  • Interact with the creative team and project managers to facilitate production of marketing materials (signage, branded items, brand content etc.)
  • Help with the gathering and monitoring of data analytics for all marketing campaigns
  • Help prepare reports for the director and senior management
  • Assist with social media efforts- creation and design
  • Video editing capabilities
  • Knowledgeable on Canva
  • Copywriting skills

To be successful in this role, we believe you should:
  • Be highly creative, with experience in creating digital campaigns that engage, inform, and inspire action
  • Have a solid knowledge of digital marketing and analytics tools
  • Have demonstrated experience in managing SEO, email marketing, social media and display ad campaigns
  • Have a great balance of creativity and analytical skills
  • Be on top of the latest industry trends and be excited about driving new ideas and approaches

Work Schedule:
  • Full-Time
  • Hybrid schedule (3 days in the Head Office and 2 days work from home)
