Marketing Content Coordinator 2-4 years of experience

Job Description

The Marketing Coordinator will be a critical resource on the Communications team and contribute to Mt. Bethel Church's marketing programs, campaigns, website, events, and communications deliverables through planning, coordination, copywriting and project management. This role will collaborate as part of a team with video production resources, online and social media marketing resources, event planning resources, and a variety of ministry areas. The Marketing Coordinator must be an organized multi-tasker with an aptitude and joy for completing projects on deadline.

Responsibilities*

  • Plan, create, produce, and measure the success of engaging content including but not limited to weekly and monthly e-newsletters, event promotions, announcements, and web updates.
  • Create inspiring, strategic, and innovative content that meets the campaign objective and remains on message.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to devise and manage marketing content plan.
  • Assist team members with project deliverables and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with ministry team leads and graphic designers to produce high quality content including pulpit announcements, marketing copy, and other marketing verbiage.
  • Manage regular weekly printing for bulletins and other announcements.
  • Monitor the timing, integrity, and quality of deliverables for multiple projects simultaneously from inception to creative process through final execution.
  • Other duties as assigned by the department manager.

Requirements

  • Excitedfor the opportunity to share the Gospel message through marketing deliverables.
  • Bachelors' degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing.
  • Excellent copywriting and verbal communications skills.
  • Strong Excel/spreadsheet management skills.
  • Experience with email marketing and general digital marketing best practices.
  • Able to work with people to develop marketing goals and evaluate results.
  • Good at problem-solving and communications.
  • Enjoys accomplishing tasks.
  • Is highly organized, self-motivated, and proactive.
  • Able to perform job duties with a sense of urgency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
