Looking for a generalist who can help in a few key areas:

Social Media

  • Responsible for managing and monitoring daily posting activity across multiple social channels, including monthly development of a social media calendar.
    • Keep up to date on best practices by seeing what others are doing and where we can improve.
    • Develop a quarterly summary to understand performance and what optimizations should be executed.

Email Marketing

  • With oversight from VP, Director of Advertising, responsible for all email marketing efforts for the organization developing templates, graphics and facilitating 1:1 marketing campaigns.
    • We are currently onboarding with Hubspot; so, experience with this tool or other marketing automation partner beneficial.

Graphic Design

  • As a busy department, there are graphic design needs that do not warrant using external resources. The Marketing Communications Coordinator will be asked to develop foundational elements such as:
    • Sales and marketing collateral (print and digital)
    • Banners and signage
    • Web graphics
    • Other as needed
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign and Photoshop desired.

General Marketing Team Support

  • Fielding marketing inquiries from a variety of departments across the organization.
    • Determining how best to fulfill the ask (i.e., may need other marketing resource to do so).
  • Supporting the varied needs of the Marketing Department staffers to achieve the established goals, including, but not limited to:
    • Creative development
    • Brand activation development and facilitation
    • Competitive research
    • Retail support
    • Product management
  • Obtaining compliance and leadership approvals for marketing assets in development.
  • Frequent contributor in Marketing staff meetings and campaign brainstorms.
  • Event support: Being a key team member for planning and facilitating the Annual Charitable Foundation Golf Tournament as well as coordinating other ad hoc event requests (such as Fenway Batting practice, etc.).
  • Company store/giveaways: To help support the retail network and other business lines, maintaining a fully-stocked company store is key.
  • Responsible for managing the store (access to it, inventory, distribution, budget) as well as ad hoc event giveaways as requested by business line partners.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications or related field from four-year college or university required and at least three years of experience in an administrative support role preferred.
