As a Marketing Assistant at The Introv3rts, you will act as a proxy for the owner, handling a variety of tasks including answering Slack messages, writing reports, communicating with client companies, and assisting with marketing objectives such as content creation and scheduling. This role requires exceptional interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and a keen eye for detail. Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a proxy for the agency owner by responding to internal and external communications, such as Slack messages, emails, and phone calls.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on marketing campaign performance, project updates, and client communications.
  • Coordinate with client companies on behalf of the agency owner, ensuring that their needs are met, and fostering positive relationships.
  • Assist with content creation, including copywriting, graphics, and multimedia elements for various social media platforms.
  • Schedule and publish social media content across multiple platforms using industry-leading tools, while adhering to brand guidelines and established strategies.
  • Support the marketing team in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, monitoring progress, and evaluating results.
  • Perform administrative tasks as needed, such as calendar management, meeting coordination, and document organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Preferred but NOT REQUIRED: 1-2 years of experience in marketing, social media, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with clients and team members.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and knowledge of tech-organizational related tools (Notion, Slack, Monday.)
  • Experience with social media scheduling tools, such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social, is a plus.
  • Experience with social media creation tools, such as Canva, Photoshop, or Sprout Figma, is a plus.
