We are looking for a highly creative and motivated individual to join our team. In this role the employee will be responsible for creating branded marketing content and taking over our online presence on Social Media, and will also be out in the community gathering content. This position is in Port St. Joe, FL. and requires the candidate to live local and work out of the office located here.

Candidates must have enthusiasm for storytelling and dedication to their craft. You will be creating content for a Real Estate office and a Restaurant, as well as working closely with the Sales staff to collaborate and schedule events. Must be outgoing, creative, enthusiastic, driven, be a team player, and have the ability to work independently. You must also be able to meet deadlines and be able to multi task.

Looking for someone who excels in all things Social Media and Marketing. The perfect candidate will also be able to film video and edit it to create Agency Content and be able to shoot and edit still photos if needed.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Real estate/architectural videography and photography experience a must.
  • Social Media Skills including posting creative content (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, You Tube).
  • Willingness and to be in the community gathering content from community events
  • Creativity to come up with content and be self driven
  • Willingness to VLOG events and happenings for the business.
  • Adobe Creative Suite including: Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, etc.
  • Videography experience. Photography experience
  • Must know how to take video of properties and put them together
  • Someone who’s energized by high volume
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
