Job Description

Our organization is looking for someone with excellent communication and writing skills to join our friendly environment. The successful candidate is expected to be able to express ideas and information clearly both verbally and in writing, as well as work with a team and maintain a positive work environment. This position would be a great fit for someone who is interested in using their skills to help facilitate communication between our clients and technicians, while maintaining an organized and stress-free environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Use your creativity to design and create engaging marketing content, including newsletters, brochures, social media and website content, and promotional emails that showcase our brand and services
  • Dive into consumer data to analyze and assess the effectiveness of our marketing strategies, identifying ways to increase brand awareness and drive sales
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on business opportunities, as well as developing and maintaining relationships with community partners to expand our reach and increase our visibility
  • Be the friendly voice of our company, interacting with clients via phone and email during regular business hours
  • Provide top-notch customer service, going above and beyond to ensure our clients' needs are met and exceeded
  • Organize and manage our business schedule, documenting client notes, appointment tags, and invoice status to keep us on track
  • Use your keen analytical skills to track key business metrics, reporting back to our team with insights and recommendations on how to optimize our performance
