The Rollins pricing and data analytics team is a critical part of enabling our business transformation. We produce end to end analytics using exploratory analytics to inform business outcomes and drive impact. We become experts in new data streams we work with and are obsessed with business outcomes– working across marketing plan support, measurement and driving sales outcomes all while remaining customer centric.
Our Marketing Analyst will be responsible for building end to end analytics solutions and products across different areas. You will work very closely with analytics leadership, data engineering and data architecture to ensure solutions are high quality, robust, scalable and deliver measurable impact. The position offers great exposure to senior executives across the company.
The right candidate will be a strong hands-on analytics practitioner with high energy, ownership, and a collaborative attitude. She/he will have a strong background in data & analytics including data science, advanced analytics, data analysis, visualization, storytelling, and data technologies. Some experience in management/analytics consulting, process improvement (Lean Six Sigma), defining KPIs is required. She/he will have a fantastic can-do attitude and willingness to roll up their sleeves in solving complex business questions across multiple domains.

You
Will be Responsible for...
- Data collection using SQL querying, with applying best practices is analyzing Big Data
- Text analytics
- Data analysis, reporting & visualization
- Statistical analysis including linear and multi-variate regression, linear programming
- Statistical exercises including segmentation, clustering
- Building advanced statistical models like churn propensity, market basket analysis, CLTV
- Collaborating with other analysts on reporting & presentation

The Experience You Will Bring (Minimum Requirements):
- Masters in Business Analytics, Statistics, or Economics is required and a Bachelors in Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting are highly preferred
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in data & analytics including advanced analytics, data analysis, visualization, storytelling, and data technologies (experience before Master’s degree counts)
- Demonstrated knowledge of Statistical analysis including Linear & Multivariate regression, Linear programming, Text analytics, Sampling with Big Data and Predictive modeling required
- Proficient in storytelling, communication, analytics translation and generating business insights
- Strong, hands-on experience in MS Excel, Python, SQL, and Power BI (or Tableau) required. Preferred knowledge of using Microsoft tools like Visio, Power point and Project
- Experience in B2B digital marketing, experience working with field sales preferred
