American Water Resources LLC (Mount Laurel, NJ) is seeking Marketing Data Analyst. Support the company’s growth with a focus on database management, analysis, and the coordination and timely delivery of marketing reports, calendars, and database lists for Homeowner Services; develop understanding of Marketing Data Mart and various marketing automation systems, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and the system of record for customer relationship management (MS Dynamics CRM and Oracle); perform QA & User Acceptance Testing, troubleshooting, filing bugs, designing enhancements and aid in prioritizing site updates; test scenario ideation and execution for new processes, reports, web and CRM upgrades or changes; create, execute, and report on customer communications; organize, execute, and optimize marketing data feeds schedules, telephony systems and volumes for workforce management; support multichannel marketing efforts including direct mail, email, and digital and make recommendations for process and marketing mix improvement; coordinate financials; and produce key reports and analyses. The position requires a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with marketing concentration, Marketing, Analytics, or related field, and 2 years’ experience in in the job offered or any related occupation, to include 2 years’ experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Data Analytics; 2 years’ experience in Principles of Analytics, Analytical Technologies, and Data Visualization; 2 years’ experience with SQL, and 2 years’ experience in marketing analytics and sales cycle.
