This Market Manager’s main objective is to support local markets in IL & WI by engaging in sales and building new relationships, while growing and maintaining existing ones. The Market Manager will focus on growing our volume and distribution to meet sales goals while portraying the Saugatuck Brewing Company’s brand and culture. Join the family!

Core Deliverables:

• Increase brand and style awareness throughout the designated distribution area with direct contact with distributors as well as on and off premise retail accounts.
• Conducting staff trainings, beer tastings and evening promotions at on-premise locations
• Conduct and schedule tastings and samplings at off-premise retail establishments and special events
• Assist distributor partners in promoting sales of the products, beer launches, seasonal and brewery initiatives
• Submit timely weekly recaps of activity and action items to Sales Director
• Utilize CRM tool VIP iDig and Karma

Skills:

• Extensive knowledge of all product lines and the beverage industry in the assigned territory, specifically local microbreweries and competing distributors.
• Proficient verbal, written, and group communication skills.
• Good decision making and problem-solving skills.
