Responsibilities
Provides leadership, direction and focus for nursing services, to maintain consistent levels of professional practice which meet or exceed standards of excellence. Collaborates with the Chief Nurse Executive and other nursing leadership to plan, develop, organize and implement structures, processes and programs to achieve excellence in professional nursing practice. Assists with special projects in nursing, nursing staff development and other professional practice activities. Provides leadership for education department and oversees relationships with schools of nursing.
Qualifications
Education: Registered Nurse in the state of Arkansas; BSN and Master’s degree required.
Experience: Five years in an advanced nursing leadership position.
Pay Range
53.98 - 80.00
