Position Overview
The Manufacturing Technician Overview: General setup and maintenance of equipment and tooling in a clean room environment. Facility maintenance, materials management, and QA support as needed. Test execution and data gathering as needed. Overall, a multi-functional individual that supports manufacturing engineering and operations.

Responsibilities & Qualifications
Every team member is responsible for maintaining housekeeping and organization of the work area as well as following TE Connectivity's EH&S policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:
  • Support Manufacturing Engineering goals for yield and productivity improvement.
  • Perform equipment preventive maintenance as assigned.
  • Basic troubleshooting of equipment and processes.
  • Work closely with engineering to run tests and gather data as needed.
  • Assist with managing raw materials in areas of responsibility as needed.
  • Compliance to our QA manual & documentation system to meet customer specifications.
  • General support for manufacturing and development activity in designated areas of responsibility.
  • Other duties as assigned

The Shift is Monday To Friday 7 am to 3 pm - Flexible schedule

What your background should look like:

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2 years or more of related work experience and/or training
  • Experience with manufacturing and/or basic lean principles
  • Computer skills with word processing and spreadsheets
  • Ability to read, write and speak proficiently in English

COMPENSATION
  • Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $44,400 – $66,600 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
  • Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
  • Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
