We are looking for a driven, collaborative marketing leader who has deep experience within the sports industry, specifically with building culturally relevant marketing campaigns and initiatives. This individual will work with our Region, League, and Team Partners to create and activate mutually beneficial initiatives to drive awareness and adoptions of Bally Sports+. This will also include
analysis of initiatives to further help shape and drive our strategy for marketing campaigns. The team will work closely with Bally Sports Marketing, Product, Analytics, Legal, and other divisions to best achieve growth goals. This candidate should be passionate about the future of streaming and sports and enjoys solving complex business challenges in a nimble, fast-moving setting.
Manager, Teams Marketing
â—� Support Teams Marketing function, with the goal of building best-in-class partnerships resulting in mutually beneficial activations
â—� Establish and cultivate robust relationships with Regions and Teams to help Bally Sports Plus team to gain a firm understanding of marketing opportunities and considerations for Teams and Players
â—� Maintain and update internal database containing all Regional and Team marketing activity and considerations for Plus
â—� Closely track and analyze Bally Sports+ subscriber/viewership performance and work with the T.M. team on internal/external comms strategy
â—� Utilize subscriber analysis to strategize and evolve marketing campaigns and create mutually beneficial promotional ideas for Regions and Teams
â—� Partner with Leagues and Teams to develop marketing campaigns and other initiatives to grow fandom, subscribers, awareness and engagement for Bally Sports+
â—� Develop and present ideas on how to successfully tap athletes and other Team/League assets to drive cultural relevance within the sports zeitgeist for Bally Sports+
â—� Work with T.M. team to create business summaries and share with both internal stakeholders as well as Regions and Teams, as well as presentations and one sheets
â—� Work cross functionally and collaboratively across all teams to exceed goals
Requirements
â—� Superb partner management and relationship skills
â—� Experience in using data and analytics for decision making
â—� Experience in marketing campaigns with teams, brands and other organizations
â—� Superb oral, written and interpersonal communication skills are required
â—� Passion for the digital media landscape and sports preferred
â—� Adept at liaising with multiple stakeholders and thrive in matrix environments
â—� Entrepreneurial spirit, commitment to achieve outstanding results, ambition and grit

The base salary compensation range for this role is $110,000 to $120,000. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidates' relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. Full time positions are eligible for benefits that include participation in a retirement plan, life and disability insurance, health, dental and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, sick leave, vacation time, personal time, parental leave and employee stock purchase plan.
