Job Summary: Supply Chain Manager is responsible for the receipt, storage and on time delivery cycle of all supplies linen, and mail for PVHMC and its clinics. The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for providing direction and supervision of receiving, warehousing, hospital par storage, distribution, mailroom and linen functions and directly manages and supervises all Supply Chain personnel related to these functions which include goal setting and performance evaluations. This position works interdepartmentally with peer directors to manage supplies within their respective departments. Responsible for evaluating, developing and implementing best practice systems, process flows and tools that provide PVHMC with the ability to manage and improve inventory and service levels. Analyzes productivity reports and other key metrics to produce monthly departmental dashboards. Responsible for the preparation of the annual budgets for Stores & Distribution, Linen, mail-room and Warehouse & Receiving. Provides justification for changes to the annual budgets. Analyzes monthly operations reports and provides the business case for changes to operations. Participates in department staff meetings, provides ongoing staff training. Responsible for mentoring Supervisors, Lead Supply Chain Technicians and promotes teamwork and accountability. Serve in the after-hours supervisor on call rotation. Responsible for creating, updating and implementing policies and procedures that guide and support the provisions of service. Specifically in the creation of sound strategies to ensure that required supplies are in stock, on order, and available. This manager is also responsible for ensuring proper stocking levels, space allocation and product location management while maintaining high standards of customer service. Must be able to lift, push and carry objects weighing between 50 - 75 pounds. May perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirements: CA State Board of Pharmacy Designated Representative License or be eligible to obtain within six (6)month of date of hire. Must have a valid California Driver's License; must be insurable under the Hospital's vehicle insurance. Must maintain CA State Board of Pharmacy Designated Representative License, Valid California Driver's license and continue to be insurable under the Hospital's vehicle insurance. Two years of Healthcare Supply Chain experience or equivalent experience. Expertise in inventory, inventory systems, project and team management. Ability to move the PVHMC Supply Chain Team to a best practice division of the Supply Chain with a strong performance improvement system. Understanding of best practice inventory management, receiving, distribution, mail-room and charge capture healthcare processes. Proficient in Supply Chain Systems, report creation, data analytics, establishing best practice indicators and reporting required to illustrate movement toward those indicators. Ability to prepare and manage operating and capital budgets to include monthly variance reporting. Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and demonstrate the ability to motivate teams, invest in the growth of individuals and illustrate a positive and enthusiastic approach. Proficient in the use of the following Microsoft applications: Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio and PowerPoint; knowledgeable of Supply Chain Information Systems. Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Healthcare Administration or equivalent work experience. Certified Materials and Resource Professional (CMRP). Proven ability to motivate, grow skills and manage large teams toward best practice guidelines. Experience in warehousing, product conversions, collaborating across large supply chain systems.

Salary Range: $102,000-$124,000 annually. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
