Job Summary and Qualifications

The Pharmacy Operations Manager is responsible for supporting the Director of Pharmacy in managing pharmacy operations. This includes implementation and enforcement of policies and procedures, supervision and training of staff, inventory management, quality assurance and regulatory compliance.

What qualifications you will need:

• Current Florida Pharmacist License required
• BS in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. required; Pharmacy Residency preferred
• 1+ years of experience as a Pharmacy Clinical/Operation Specialist or 5+ years of hospital pharmacy experience required

This role requires you to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 based on local, state and /or federal law or regulations (unless a medical or religious exemption is approved).
