EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree in related field preferred. Master’s Degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in organization development, training, or related field.

Software: Microsoft Office, Asana, and Workday
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position has no direct reports but will need to influence through others.
WORK ENVIRONMENT/TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Mostly an office environment with occasional visits to the manufacturing floor. The noise levels in the work environment are usually moderate.
Occasional (quarterly) travel needed to support teams in Monett, Stratford and Wausau locations. May also need to travel to the corporate office on occasion in Minneapolis.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Regularly required to sit or stand, reach, bend and move about the facility. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
