Based in Oakbrook, IL, the role holder will be a strategic HR Business Partner and lead critical people projects to deliver on the overall NA People strategy. You will be responsible for identifying talent/organizational needs within your client groups and design interventions/initiatives to help build stronger, effective and future-ready organization.

How You’ll Add Value:

• Immerse self into your dedicated client groups to understand the vision, strategy and develop the people strategy to support the overall business strategy.
• Build confidential and objective relationships with each of the senior leaders in order to provide support and challenge in a way that will continue to move the function forward.
• Plan and execute the end to end people development process (succession planning for critical roles and Hi-Po development) for your client groups
• Partner with the business and talent acquisition team to attract and hire strong external talent
• Participate in the design, execution and embedding of Global and NA people initiatives and programs
• In collaboration with your functional business leaders, build a performance-based culture that promotes and utilizes McCain best practices
• Gather insights from the client group through strong, deep connects into the business and translate into practical people solutions that will enhance the performance of individual team members as well as business results.
• Ensure consistent, timely and accurate application and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and McCain policies and practices. Advise and coach client groups.
• Leverage and lead with data – maximize the utilization & adoptions of HR systems and technologies to ensure we are digital and data first in our approach & solutions.

About You:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field. Master’s degree a plus.
• 7-10 years’ of experience as an HR Business partner, supporting leaders across all levels.
• Experience of developing & executing HR projects in any of the following domains - learning, talent development, Culture, etc..)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex environment effectively
• Ability to partner with stakeholders across different levels, identify organizational needs and design appropriate solutions
• Ability to drive results in a fast paced, agile manner
• Ability to influence and adapt style to collaborate with stakeholders, with a strong orientation towards solutions
• Strong orientation and skillset in leveraging data to draw insights and inform decisions
