Arise logistics is an Amazon delivery service partner. We are brand new in the program and we are looking for managers who want to come on board and build a great company. Details About The Job:
- Hiring and managing a fleet of up to 100 drivers, managing relationships with the amazon warehouse on a daily basis.
- Team building.
- Van rental and upkeep.
- Scheduling and maintaining employee happiness and retention.
Summary of Responsibilities and Requirements:
- You would be daily making sure all the drivers scheduled show up to shifts and have a fleet of vans to take out on the road to deliver amazon packages.
- While on the road you would coach and inspire drivers to hit a fantastic amazon score on a weekly basis.
- Every night you would make sure the drivers return their vans safely and completed the job.
- You would work 4 days a week, nearly 10 hour days.
