Job Description


Overview:

The Operations Manager support’s Client Leadership and Operations teams in the execution of budget management, billing, reconciliation, general reporting, data manipulation, process improvements, and more while maintaining an eye for detail and understanding the interdependencies across the various tasks assigned. The manager works with the team to centralize and standardize processes across all areas of business as well as bring tactical and detail-oriented work streams together to find smarter, faster ways of working.

    • You love following a process and explaining a process to others.
  • You can work cross-functionally, working with different management levels and teams within the agency in a succent way.
    • Process and data are your friend. You love generating reports that support teams/management in their day-to-day responsibilities.
  • You can take data and make it digestible for both clients and internal teams
    • You can pull excel data, pivot, adjust, and present in a PowerPoint presentation for both internal and external client review.
  • You are a go getter; you see a problem and say, “How can I fix this?”
    • If a process isn’t working, you jump in and create a new one. You are not afraid of change.
  • You are a team player and see your team as a reflection of you
    • You want to share your knowledge by teaching and improving your team’s skills, while also supporting their freedom to create new processes.


Qualifications
  • 3+ years of related experience
  • Project management experience
  • Strong critical thinker and problem-solver
  • Experience in providing insights and analytics on data
  • Experience in implementing new processes and enhancements
  • Strong experience in Microsoft Excel with the ability to easily create pivot tables and use advanced formulas
  • Highly detail orientated
  • A strong writer who can communicate complex processes in a digestible way to both internal and external teams
  • Exercises discretion when presented with sensitive and/or confidential information (e.g. financial information, personnel information, etc.)
  • Consistently demonstrates a desire to learn through proactivity and initiative
  • Experience in Media/finance/analytics is a plus
