Dry Core Restoration, Inc is a residential and commercial duct cleaning company based in Mokena, IL. Dry Core is focused on using the safest, most efficient methods, and the best equipment on the market today. Properly managing your staff, your clients/jobs, and maintaining a healthy work environment are just some of the expected responsibilities in this position.

Responsibilities

· Planning, organizing, and managing residential and commercial air duct cleaning jobs.
· Hiring, training, leading, and supervising technicians to use company equipment to clean air ducts in residential and commercial facilities, following NADCA standards.
· Hiring, training, and leading a team of canvassers and sales staff.
· Serves as the company's subject matter expert on residential and commercial air duct cleaning.
· Review Purchase Work Order to understand the scope of work, along with read blueprint drawings and follow work instructions on commercial jobs.
· Ensure before and after photos are taken and submitted with reports in a timely manner.
· Ability to generate new commercial clients through cold-calling and leads. Work collegially with other technicians and communicate with customers with tact and professionalism.
· An eagerness to learn and perform other services such as blown in insulation removal and installation.
· Ensure all work areas are cleaned and that company tools and equipment are tracked.

Qualifications

· 5 years of experience required
· NADCA-certification preferred but not required
· Valid driver's license
· Ability and willingness to travel throughout the Chicagoland area in a company provided vehicle.
· At least three years of experience in residential and commercial air duct cleaning.
· Knowledge of HVAC systems and commercial air ducts
· Ability to read blueprints
· Outstanding oral and written communication skills
· Excellent customer service skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
• Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Mokena, IL 60448: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
