We are seeking Assistant Managers & Shift Supervisors to join our Hardee's team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the retail sales team. We have (1) Hardee's restaurant located in Mountain Home, AR and we are anxious to hear from you about joining our management team!

Pay range of $12.00/hour - $14.00/hour based on experience and other qualifications skills.

We are hiring management staff at our Mountain Home, AR Hardee's located at 500 NE US Hwy 62, Mountain Home, AR 72653.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise team of retail sales workers
• Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency
• Train and evaluate employees
• Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting
• Resolve escalated customer complaints

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or other related fields
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Strong leadership qualities

We need a detail-oriented leader that is ready for a high-level management position with experience in the restaurant/fast food industry.
