Villa St. Joseph was founded in 1997 as a ministry of the Sisters of St. Joseph. After 20 years of service to Beaver and Allegheny counties, the location joined the Concordia family in April 2018 - becoming Concordia at Villa St. Joseph and continuing its faith-based mission of serving others. Job description
As a Maintenance Technician, you will have the ability to provide direct care for the equipment, and utility systems here at Concordia. Responsibilities include but not limited to general maintenance duties of room repairs, plumbing work, electrical, appliance, and equipment repairs, painting, and refurbishing. Also, maintaining facility during seasonal changes, conducts routine inspections on vehicles, equipment, and emergency systems.
Paid on-the-job training.

Qualifications:

• Caring, compassionate, and understanding
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Maintenance experience preferable
