Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)
Primary duties consist of but not limited to:
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair complex electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment. Programming work involving robotic controllers, programmable logic controllers, industrial computer software controllers, and software.
- Must demonstrate proficiency on applicable tests (Hands-on). Complete the application and interview.
- Pass a standard forklift driver’s test and operate such equipment in a safe manner in the performance of maintenance duties.
- Ability to work from blueprints or Electrical prints and machine specifications (Machine Manuals) in performing all general maintenance work.
- Operation and repair of chemical and steam systems.
- Accurately maintain records as required, including the PM Scheduling system.
Qualifications:
- High School graduate or equivalent G.E.D.
- Requires all skills, techniques, and knowledge under Level ‘B’ position, plus a minimum of 8 years of verifiable industrial experience in electrical and mechanical machine maintenance, or 5 years of job experience and 2 years of relevant technical training.
