Maintenance Technician - Farmville Job at Brantley Properties Inc
Forest Village Apartments in Farmville, NC is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician. (working 30 hours)
The preferred candidate must have skilled maintenance experience. Responsible for routine plumbing, light electrical, troubleshooting, common area cleaning. Maintenance Technician works closely with the Maintenance Supervisor and the Community Manager to oversee contracted services. Must exhibit excellent customer service skills, be organized and efficient. Must live within 30 minutes of the property. Selected candidate will undergo criminal, credit and pre-employment drug screening. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required. Competitive salary range. Must be a team player. Candidates must have a strong background in apartment maintenance. Excellent organizational skills, willing to work hard and willing to learn. Candidates must be knowledgeable in plumbing, light electrical and general apartment maintenance. Candidate must be able to manage time wisely and schedule contractors and vendors accordingly. They must also be dependable and honest.
Must have a valid NC Driver’s License and able to pass background check and drug screening.
