Maintenance Technician
Stonegates Retirement Community, located in Greenville, Delaware is seeking a Full Time Maintenance Technician to work in their beautiful, gated community.
- 49-bed skilled nursing health care center on premises
- 88 cottages with garages, attic storage and private patios
- 72 apartments with balconies or patios
This position will be part of a team responsible for the community's mechanical, electrical, plumbing and other maintenance related tasks and functions.
We are a small community nestled on 37 secluded acres of beautifully landscaped groundsin Greenville, Delaware. With a wonderful location and a remarkable staff, we focus on quality and service with an aim to exceed expectations of luxury and affordability in a beautiful setting.
Only minutes away from downtown Wilmington, near area galleries, boutiques, cafes and restaurants; we also have easy access by car or rail to New York City, Philadelphia, Baltimore and Washington, DC.
