We are seeking a full time maintenance technician for a large apartment community. We offer health benefits shortly after hire and 401k. PTO is earned right away and can be used right away.

The ideal candidate will possess the following assets:
Can-do and team oriented attitude.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to perform on call services every 2nd week.
Basic Maintenance, electrical, plumbing, and painting skills.
Willingness to participate in daily grounds clean up.
Ability to service the pool and spa or willingness to learn.
Pre-employment Drug and criminal background screening is required. Candidate can have no landlord debt.
Valid drivers license and vehicle required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
